From receipt of a fully completed warehouse line of credit application to the first funding is typically a 45-60 day process. After fully evaluating the application and discussing the immediate and future needs of your company, a member of the IFI Senior Management Team will schedule a due diligence visit to your office. It is during this time that we have the opportunity to see your operation, meet your key staff members and begin our working relationship. At IFI, we are a relationship based warehouse lender.
