Created as a new venture in 1996, the company has evolved from a small part of the bank's finance company subsidiary to a stand-alone company with a national presence funding over $2 Billion per year. INSOUTH Funding clients are nationwide offering various loan programs to their clients from Government loans to conforming to Alt A. We are not a mortgage lender; therefore mortgage warehousing is all we do which affords us the ability to deliver the best service to our clients.
